Home Inspections for Realtors

Are you a realtor looking for a reliable Home Inspector to assist your clients?  Finding a reliable home inspection company for your clients can be challenging. It is important that your clients are comfortable throughout the home buying process. Agate Inspections works with real estate agents in the Twin Cities to help their clients with the home inspection process.

As a part of your clients' home inspection, we will evaluate the house from top to bottom and prepare an full report of our findings.  We will inspect:
  • Roof including the cover materials, flashing, gutters, eaves, and any roof penetrations
  • Exterior wall coverings, visible foundation materials, steps, stoops, decks, doors, windows, drainage, driveways, patios, sidewalks, structures, and other components
  • Chimneys, fireplaces, ang any fuel-burning appliances
  • Attic inspection for framing, duct work, visible electrical, insulation, ventilation and evidence of moisture intrusion
  • Heating and cooling systems
  • Electrical distribution system including panel inspection, lights, and outlets
  • Interior walls and ceilings, window and door condition and operation
  • The age and operation of the appliances
  • Visible plumbing components including drain, waste, vent, and water supply pipes, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets
  • Basement inspections will evaluate visible structural components, insulation, evidence of past or current moisture intrusion, sumps, foundation walls, and stairway safety
  • Overall garage inspection including evaluation of the proper and safe operation of the garage door opener

I summarize the findings of our inspection in an easy to read report that includes color photographs.  A walkthrough with your client at the conclusion of the inspection is an important step to give the buyers a level of comfort in their pending purchase.   A home inspection by a trained and certified inspector can help to identify items that may require expensive repairs, issues that could cause a safety concern, or simply items that might affect your ability to enjoy living in the house.

Let me help you make your clients' home buying processes go more smoothly by having a full inspection and report completed by an InterNACHI certified home inspector.  We provide  home inspection services seven days a week. Call (612) 325-5131 to schedule yours.
