Your Home Inspection I am a trained, certified and insured home inspection professional who will provide a full third-party evaluation of the condition of your home. Your home inspection will be completed according to InterNACHI (International Society of Certified Home Inspectors) standards of practice and code of ethics. Upon completion of the inspection, I will provide a written report to summarize the conditions that I observe that may affect the function or value of your home.
I will inspect and evaluate the visible areas of the interior and exterior of the house, take a look around the attic, check out your roof and complete a checklist of various inspection items. I will inspect the furnace and air conditioner, water heater and several components of the home electrical system. I will provide a detailed, written, report of my findings after the inspection.
